A dream came true…
India 🇮🇳 has been on my bucket list since the moment I first read the Ramayana. And now, I finally experienced a glimpse of its magic.

A place where passion meets purpose 💫
At the @shreyasretreat Yoga Retreat, I had the opportunity to go deeper — not only into my yoga practice and knowledge, but into myself.

Through daily practice, Ayurveda, nourishing food, and healing massages 🌿
I felt a connection that goes beyond the physical… something grounding, something awakening.

It was just a glimpse of India — but a powerful one ♥️

There is something special about
being a student… 🤍✨

As a new teacher, I find myself learning in a completely different way.
Listening deeper. Feeling more. Observing beyond the surface 🌿

At @yogameetsweggis, I felt this even more.

A deeper respect for every teacher —
understanding that their guidance is not just a sequence,
but the result of their own journey, their experience, their truth ✨

And realizing that every single session gives me something…
even when I don’t fully see it in the moment,
my body and my soul feel it 🤍

So grateful for all the teachers in this summer festival —
you truly left a mark on my practice 🙏✨

From student to certified teacher… 🤍✨

From July 6th 2025 on, I can proudly say:
I am a certified yoga teacher 🙏

200 hours, countless lessons,
moments of growth, challenge, and transformation 🌿

My heart ♥️ is full of gratitude.

To my fellow yogis — for sharing this journey,
for the laughs, the support, and the connection 🤍

To my teachers and mentors —
for your guidance, your wisdom,
and for holding space with so much care ✨

To my school — for creating a place
where all of this could unfold 🙏

For this special moment, I chose to wear a traditional Mexican dress —
a small way to honor where I come from,
while embracing, learning, and growing within another culture…
and living this experience here in Switzerland 🇲🇽🤍🇮🇳🤍🇨🇭

A reminder that we can carry our roots with pride
while opening ourselves to the world ✨

Somewhere along these 200 hours…
something shifted 🤍✨

My 200h TTC was about to come to an end
—
and if I’m honest, this journey wasn’t as
easy as I once imagined.

There were moments of doubt, challenge,
and being pushed far beyond my comfort zone 🌿

But also… so much growth. 🌱

I am deeply grateful for everything I’ve learned —
not only about yoga,
but about myself ✨

Who I am when things feel uncertain.
How I show up when I choose to stay.
What happens when I truly align with my path 🤍

Because when you are aligned…
little miracles start to happen ✨

This is just a small glimpse
of my 200h TTC journey 🤍

I bow to everyone who has supported me along the way 🙏✨

this moment happened 🤍✨

My very first experience teaching
outside my school.
The first time I truly applied
everything I had been learning —
holding space, guiding breath, trusting my voice…
and trusting myself 🌿

I still remember how it felt:
a mix of excitement, doubt,
and deep presence ✨

And today… I stand here
as an established teacher,
sharing this practice
every Tuesday after work —
something that once felt so far away
is now part of my reality 🤍

I am so thankful for everyone
who is part of this journey —
my beautiful colleagues,
my friends, my students
who show up, trust me,
and grow with me 🙏✨

This is more than teaching.
It’s connection. It’s community 🤍
